Apostle George & Pastor Grace Akalonu who allowed the Lord to slay them and use them as vessels of honour to birth this glorious vision. As missionaries, they are fully consecrated to the three fold assignment to Reform the Church, Restore the Lordship of Jesus Christ and Revive the Saints. They were used of the Lord to birth Arise Metropolitan Assembly in Elm Park, Hornchurch in the London Borough of Havering, England. Here, the Holy Spirit is using the couple to pioneer a unique experiment: returning the Church back to the biblical model in Body ministry/church life based on the priesthood of all believers; openness to the full ministry of all parts of the five fold; spiritual governance and simplicity of life. Apostle George is the United Kingdom President of the International Ministers Fellowship. As International Coordinator of the Fellowship, he is responsible for its day to day operations, developing, nurturing and strengthening the national chapters which now total 30. They are also visionaries of the London Metropolitan Fellowship which brings together professionals and other market place ministers in the United Kingdom. The couple live in Essex, England with their five children – Favour, Elect, Arise, Praise and Destiny. The Akalonu’s are privileged to have Apostles Vance & Debbie Russell of Arise Ministries International in Austin, Texas as their mentors and covering for spiritual accountability.
